RC4 Software Manager

I have a program installed on my PC called Advanced System Optimizer and when I run Software Manager to do a Custom Uninstall, Software Manager can't find it, although when I go to Windows Control Panel Add Remove the program is listed there. Anyone else experience Software Manager not finding currently installed programs?
