sharonf I recently download the trail version of JV16 PowerTools to try and am already having a problem with it. Whenever I open the program it hangs and I can't do a thing. At first I though it froze my computer completely and rebooted. I finally discovered that it will eventually open but not before a very long hang period. If also hangs when I change to the various features of the program. Anyone else seeing this? It is very annoying.
jv16 1. Make sure you have installed the program to an empty directory, not over some other application etc. 2. Disable your anti-virus product's real-time protection
sharonf I did not install it over some other application but I didn't disable my virus program's real time protection so I'll try that. I've never had this problem with a program before.
