Simply restore the backups the program created for you.
You should be able to run RegEdit from the Start button > Run. From RegEdit select File > Import and browse to the backup files (by default at c:\program files\regsupreme pro\backups) and import all the found .reg files back and reboot.
The next version of RegSupreme Pro will show a warning if user attempts to remove all the items at once, the jv16 PowerTools already contains such warning.
