After scan, no FIX button

I did normal scan, but could not find any way to FIX the errors found. On another machine, a FIX button appeared, and all problems were fixed. Any advice will be appreciated.

Have you previously selected the items to fix?

What happens when you first select the items to fix and then you right click the selected entries ... Is there a "fix" option (possibility) clickable?

Problem was that this computer was very slow, so I was looking for the "fix" button before it had finished scanning. After exiting and restarting, and waiting patiently for the slow machine to scan, "fix" button did indeed appear. Was able to clean out a TON of junk!
