Can't Open History Mgr or Cookies

When I attempt to open either of these tools, I get a window telling me to close my browser; but my browser (Firefox) is not open.

Open your Windows Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del) and look if there's a Firefox entry under "Applications" or "Services".

Higlight it and click at "End task" or "End Process" ...

Normally the History Manager or Cooky Manager will work now ...

I did open Task Mgr and the only program it showed running was my firewall (Zone Alarm). However, I have since discovered that when I initially log on, if I open jv16 before opening any thing else, I can open and use these tools.

I guess this solves my problem for all practical purposes.
