What is the setting "Automatically close the tool windows after the results are shown" supposed to do?
Testing with Registry Cleaner, I noticed no difference in window behavior whether the setting was checked or not. What should I be looking for?
I was hoping that, if unchecked, a tool's window would stay around so I could see what I told the tool to do if I forgot. 8)
Never mind -- I just tried it with File Finder, and that is just what it does! But RF does not.
So make this a bug report for Registry Cleaner and Registry Finder (maybe others ...?). They don't honor the unchecked setting.
