I'm using Beta 4.
When I choose to 'remove' all entries following a reg cleaner scan the entries vanish but then when I do another scan, the same entries are still there. They are not being cleaned.
However when I select 'fix' and then 'make backup' the entries ARE removed.
Why are the entries not being removed when I just select 'remove'??
Anyone else having this trouble.
Incidentally, I notice with comparing this version to the 2005 edition, that this new version is scanning less than the 2005 version. On my computer the 2005 version scans 376,300 keys and 292,169 values, while the 2006 version scans 186,800 keys and 120,000 values. What gives??? Why does the new version scan less than the old version.
And by the way, the new version DOES find more errors than the 2005 version (25 errors compared to 8 on my first scan).
