Cannot uninstall JV16PT.exe

I have finished the time trial of JV16 but now cannot uninstall the .exe file from the folder the install program created. Continue to get error msg stating program is in use...somewhere!

Please advise how to delete this file.

You could try using the free "Unlocker" tool:

http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/

After unlocking the file, normally you'll be able to remove

Use the Task Manager to kill the program (jv16PT.exe) and then you can delete it.
