If the report is more in a form of questions ("should this feature work like this?") you should post it here in the Forums. If the report is only listing bugs, then you could also send it via e-mail.

If you are unsure, you can do them both.

I use 2 sata drives, each formatted to two - drives then are C,D,E,and F.

Degragment found 0 fragmented files on D, 20 on E and 26 on F, all degragged quickly.

But on drive C it found 2033 franmented files. An "analyze" by windows defrag and PerfectDisk8 each found 2.

Started defrag on C - it ran just over an hour and a half, and stopped. When it started it showed defrag 4.93% done - It never got over 5.10% done.

Closed the program, opened it again and did a defrag analyze on C. This time it showed 2042 fragmented files. Again it ran about an hour and a half and stopped.

The link "redseujac" gave you is the right one.

But you have to do a "Post reply" and not a "New topic", if you want that your comments take place in the topic the link pointed.

Since you have already installed RC1, just start posting your observations in the proper thread (for better continuity) the proper thread is here at this point in time ... ...

I believe the "reward program" is driven mainly by jv's assessment of members' observations ...

WOW !! I just recently "stumbled" across your software on the internet. Based on the scoreing of your registry cleaner (perfect!) I downloaded the free version of jv16 2009, to test drive. It looks like a really, really neat program. Very clean, user friendly user interface face, and I love the way that backups can be acessed through the main program. However, there are a couple of problems with system anaylsis, and reg cleaner not working, or hanging(I am using Vista 32). I have read carefully through the posts here, and it seems to be a rather commom problem with Vista. If I could get a free license for beta testing, I would really appreciate it. Then, I could see if those issues are fixed before I spend any money.
