Hello Forum,

How do you know what to delete in the Shell extensions mode, some have a line going threw the centre what does this mean.

Ps This is my first posting so hello to everybody.

What do you mean with "a line going through the center"?

I checked it: I cannot find any entry with such a line.

Be very careful with removing Shellextension entries, because it can mess up your File Associations, so clicking at some files could not find the program they're normally opened with anymore ...

I guess it's safer to just run Registry Cleaner: normally that cleaner finds the Shellexentensions that are no longer associated with a program.

I've seen the screenshot you've sent to me ...

Nothing to worry about :

Those lines "through the middle" of the entries are just gridlines (rowlines) not ordened properly UNDER the items ...

In other words your screen (window) is messed up a bit :)

Just imagine those horizontal lines UNDER the items instead of THROUGH the items and that's it :

I am afraid not ...

Like I said those lines are simply the bottom lines of the rows that are not properly displayed at your screen ...

It looks like you don't use the default theme of Windows (others colours in RegSupreme Pro windows than normal colours).

Sometimes that disturbs the proper displaying of some windows in some programs (applications) ...

I'd try Windows default theme and see what happens :

PS: by the way, are you using the most recent version of RegSupreme Pro?

I returned to windows default blue and everything is ok with RSP the lines are were they should be. Thanks again.
