Problems After Buying and Running One Time

I bought jv16 PowerTools 2005 and upgraded my license on January 3, 2006.

It ran once with the upgraded license in effect. I set it to run at startup. I also run protection programs, including a firewall and virus software, all of which run at startup.

Since the initial run, jv16PT no longer functions. If I try to run it, it appears immediately in the Task Bar, then there is a lot of hard drive activity, followed by the jv16PT window briefly flashing open and then disappearing. Turning off my protection software does not help.

What can I do to be able to use the program?

Please try to uninstall, delete the installation directory and then download the latest version and install it.

This is often asked since the program might stop to function if there are additional files in its installation directory, it's easier to uninstall and then re-install rather than to list what files should be deleted and what should be there.
