Not sure here if I should post to the jv16 2005 or the jv16 2006 forum...I just want to say I have used many different registry cleaners, but I think most highly of jv16 powertools. I have been using jv16 for 2 - 3 years now...I actually used it when it was "free," at one time and was under development.
What I would like to ask for is a better interface (IDE) than the Icon presentation in a box. I actually liked the older style of just having like a panel of buttons to click on.
It's amazing how this software finds so much stuff that others don't. I run a couple of other registry cleaners, two of the top selling ones just before jv16 and they don't find all the stuff to clean out that this one does. I am just wondering, how does it do this when others don't? I guess it makes me feel uneasy I am "getting rid of so much stuff," LOL.
One nice feature to add, would be a registry hive compacter. I now use another tool to do this.
I know this sounds more like a request rather than a troubleshooting problem, but I post it here to see how many other people would like a change in the IDE...
