jv16 PT 2006 Beta1 - History manager

Just like in jv16 PT 2005 no IE entries are listed under the "Unknown"-tab of History Manager, only Firefox entries.

Can that be fixed? Or am I the only one with that problem?

All I see is Firefox only too, no IE, so I can confirm this bug (or "feature")

No you are not the only one with this problem. As soon as I realised this feature had still not been fixed I could see no point testing the beta any further.

When users were asked what new features they would like to see in JV16 2006 I politely suggested that problem features should be sorted before even thinking about adding extras.

I have been asking that History Manager be fixed for ages as I see it as a valuable tool.

The idea of the Beta1 was to verify the functionality of the new features and improvements, I'll try to fix the issues with the History Manager in a more later stage of the development process.

I just checked out the History Manager's impementation and the bug was in fact in the documentation - the History Manager only supports Firefox, the Cookie Manager supports both IE and Firefox.

A support for IE might be added in the future.
