First of all, we don't have your credit card information.

Secondly, the Order verification step of our online store clearly states the final price of your purchase first in USD and then Euros.
Below that reads: "Note: The actual transaction will be made using Euros, the USD to EUR conversion will be made automatically. (1 USD = 0.8571 EUR - 15.11.2005). Please use the PayPal payment option below if you do not wish to use Euros."
The actual sum of money that was charged from your account might not be exactly $29.96 for two reasons
1) currency conversion (USD->EUR->USD) and/or
2) your bank/credit card company added a service fee for non-USD transaction.
Also, the fact that we are a non-US company is clearly stated in our website, for example at: http://www.macecraft.com/company/
And finally, we do have a 30 day money back guarantee. If you wish, we can cancel your order and issue a full refund (of course, possible fees by your bank/credit card company wouldn't be refunded). In such case, please contact info@macecraft.com with your order details.
