I've just started using JV16 Power Tools 2005 on the 30 day trial basis. One thing I don't fully understand (after having read the Handbook) is the difference between the Remove function in the Software Manager tool, and the Uninstall and Remove functions on the Add/Remove tab of the Registry Manager tool. I think I understand what the Handbook says about the difference beween Uninstall and Remove in Registry Manager, but how does that differ from what you can do in Software Manager? Apart from anything else, the list of software generated does not seem to be the same as the one in Registry Manager.
Anyone able to explain?
