Remove all traces of AOL, except for AOL messenger

I wish to uninstall all traces of AOL, except for AOL messenger. In fact, I thought that I had already done this via XP's Add/Remove Program. For some reason, the AOL home page still appears at Windows XP Pro SP2 start up. Can this sort of thing be done with jv16 PowerTools 2005, or perhaps the 2006 Beta? If the answer is "yes", then how?

BTW, previously I was trialing RegSupreme Pro 1.2. Now, after a reply from jv16 http://www.macecraft.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=646 on an unrelated issue, I have upgraded my trial to jv16 PowerTools 2005.

I'm running jv16 PowerTools 2005 ver. 1.5.1.3.11 on Windows XP Pro SP2.

It seems quite impossible to uninstall all traces of AOL but leave the AOL messanger.

You could try to use the Software Manager and Registry Manager features of jv16 PowerTools 2005, but please pay attention what you are doing in order to leave the entries of AOL messanger alone.

One idea would be to remove absolutely everything related to AOL with the Registry Finder and then re-install AOL messanger.
