I'm not sure why, but this game client seems to use a lot of tricks not to get properly uninstalled.
The first problem I found was on size detection: Uninstalr tells me only about 217 MB are occupied by all of Riot's applications. But there's a folder I did not create, in my C: directory called "Riot games" - which in itself occupies 27.1 GB.
I've heard people complain online about it always being on execution and therefore unable to be uninstalled, but I have not checked further for any problems after the size one. This is more of a heads-up that there might be more issues with it apart from that.
