Windows 10 keeps disabling Uninstalr

Whether I use both the portable or installer version, my Windows keeps disabling/disarming Uninstalr. I mean, it works the first time I use the app, but after that it fails to start again. In order to get it working I either have to re-download the app or hide it inside a zipped file so I can use it

Yes, I tried 'run as admin'
Yes, I have completely disabled Microsoft's security (including dscvc, Security Center, System Guard Runtime Monitor Broker, antivirus stuff, and Windows updates)

About No 2. above, it's my choice. My windows, and all apps installed or Portable versions, have been running impeccably for the last 6 months.

My Windows version: 22H2 (OS build 19045-3324).

So, my question is, what is the pesky Service (or other) that stops Uninstalr from running?

I would suggest you to use the Exclusions feature of Windows Security to tell the antivirus not to scan Uninstalr.
