I have two bootable hard drives in my PC. I have to change the position of the drives on the IDE cable to change my default startup operating system (OS), but I suspect a bug in File Cleaner for any multi-OS system, for example a system with two or more OS installed to different partitions on a single hard drive.
When I select "Skip system directories to improve safety" and scan the drive whose OS is not currently booted, File Cleaner WILL search for and find system directory files on that drive. This presents the risk of inadvertent deletion of system files on multi-OS PC systems. Can the "Skip system directories" option be modified in a future release to include all bootable OSs on a PC system, rather than only the one OS that is currently booted?
