This does look confusing, indeed. But the issue is merely cosmetic, the UI doesn't list sub folders while the number of folders found does include sub folders.
For example, if this app is installed to C:\Program files (x86)\Overwolf\ and there are also sub folders C:\Program files (x86)\Overwolf\assets\ and C:\Program files (x86)\Overwolf\bin\ for example, those two sub folders are not listed in the UI (because it would be superfluous), but they are counted within the how many folders were detected.
That is why the UI can only list a few folders while the number is greater.
That being said, this is entirely a cosmetic matter. Uninstalr would only remove paths that are listed in the UI, so this doesn't mean that there are some folders that are going to be deleted if they are not listed here. Uninstalr will only remove paths that are listed in this view.
In regards the size of the installed app, that is always a guestimate at best. But I agree, the size seems off. I'm investigating this to see whether there is anything I can do to make the installed app size calculation to be more accurate.
