We have received some reports that users with Gmail based email address are not receiving the notification emails to the user's support request being replied. We are discussing this problem with Zendesk, the support ticketing system provider and we hope it will be fixed as soon as possible.
If you are using Gmail and you have sent us a message but have not received a reply, please first check your spam folder and then see the support request URL to open the discussion in your browser. We have probably already replied to you, but you simply didn't receive the notification via email.
