We have now found a way to reproduce this issue: This issue can happen when the Cache data inside jv16 PowerTools installation folder (c:\program files (x86)\jv16 PowerTools\Cache) gets out of sync with the app. For example, the app is updated to a new version but for some reason, the Cache folder is not cleared and new cache data generated when the new version is installed.
This issue is now fixed. The fix will be included to the next released version of the program. If you, or anyone else, are suffering from this issue, simply uninstalling and reinstalling the app fixes it for now.
Thank you for reporting!
