This is a good question and potentially a good idea for a new feature, thank you!
At the moment there is no "polite way" to do this, but you could simply copy all files under the Settings folder (i.e., by default: c:\program files (x86)\jv16 PowerTools\Settings\) and this should transfer all your settings. I say should because I didn't test this, but this is where all the settings of the app are stored and there should be no reason why copying these files wouldn't work.
