I am now getting the mismatch with the number of found errors vs the number of displayed errors on my laptop (not the PC this time), but may have a lead.
When I ran the program on the laptop, I ran the cleaner and it displayed the count of errors, which were ALL displayed for review (they have been accurate up until today).
What was different today though, was I told it to ignore a specific log file (it added it to the ignore list) but I did not carry out the clean.
When I reran the program, it told me it was running for the
Once it finished its initial setup, I reran the clean, and the number found (400+) did not match the number displayed (42) again. I checked and there were NO log files displayed for review at all. The previous scan found a lot.
I also noticed this had been added to the Ignore list, but i have no idea what it is x
The error may be linked to the Ignore list as this is now on my PC and Laptop, so would recommend you ask others to go through these steps
