This latest release seems to be a step backward... when I ran System Cleaner in prior versions, I could run it twice in succession and confirm that the errors flagged in the first run were "fixed". In other words, I would launch System Cleaner and it would identify certain problems that needed correcting (registry errors, temp files, etc.). I would then click "Clean and Fix everything" to correct the problems, and restart my system. I would then immediately launch jv16 Power Tools a second time and choose System Cleaner, expecting that NO errors would be found. Guess what? Although the number of temp files changed, they still showed up, along with more registry errors and "others".
To me, this back-to-back launching of the System Cleaner is the simplest way to find out if my system is truly being "cleaned". So with these results, my confidence in this latest version is wavering... I'm running Windows 10 Home on a Dell Inspiron 6600 w/Intel I5 processor and 8GB of RAM. I've used this software for years, dating back to when it was RegCleaner. I would be interested in knowing why it's not working like it used to.
