I was actually able to reproduce this issue, and I'm happy to report this is now fixed.
The problem was that jv16 PowerTools build 730 did not correctly detect that the app in question (3D Mark) had been uninstalled since the usage of jv16 PowerTools had started. This type of system detection is done mainly during the Initial Setup of jv16 PowerTools, that is, when it is first installed. But naturally, systems will change over time when user installs and uninstalls software. The bug caused these changes to the system by user not be properly detected by jv16 PowerTools.
This issue is now fixed, and the fix will be included to the next released version of the product, scheduled to be released later this month. I hope you will use it to retest this and I'm certain it will outperform any older version of jv16 PowerTools 8)
