It's the newest version of jv16 PowerTools.
It can be downloaded from the new website.
You may not install it over an older version.
That is exactly correct.
What happened here is after having installed build 5.0.0.422 (Release Candidate 3), the application displayed the notification that a newer version was available (at the time of historic checking: 5.0.0.468, at the current time: 5.0.0.484), however, automatic updating did not function (intentionally so) at the time as a fresh install is required to get past 5.0.0.468 and above.
After having installed at the current time the latest version (5.0.0.484) from https://jv16powertools.com/download-starter/https://jv16powertools.com/download-starter/ then automatic updates will work normally and you will no longer have to worry about manual re-installation of the application once an updated, improved version is delivered.
