Good day,
(I am currently running Windows 7 Pro, 64-bit on a Dell Latitude 6430 laptop with 16GB RAM and 500 GB SSD)
On January 13th, I tried to migrate from jv16 PowerTools X to jv16 PowerTools (v.2018). After complying with the installer's request to delete the older version and still during the actual update, I had to abort the update routine. On January 16th I tried to complete the update.
Only after completion and checking the results, I found that there were now 2 folders for jv 16 in the folder "Program Files (x86)": one was named "jv16 PowerTools X" and the other "jv16 PowerTools" ( The latter being created at my second attempt to install.)

In each folder and its sub-folders, there are parts of the newly installed version, but neither folder holds the complete and fully functional version...
In the Windows Programs database, there are now 2 entries, one for either version.
I know I created this mess myself, but what will be the best approach to re-organise this, without losing my Platinum VIP subscribers details?

I appreciate your help. Thank you very much in advance.
