Hello ! Since year 2016 I try unsuccessfully to install the handbook french translation and to obtain that all the JV16 comments arrive in french (it was the case with version 4.1.0.1657 in year 2016). In folder ...jv16 PowerTools\languages\ I see two files: English.lng and French.lng. I can't directly execute both files. But clicking on Help\Open Handbook\ I receive the English handbook.pdf. How can'i receive the french translation ? Thanks. MR:-)
