I am sorry for keeping you waiting. Unfortunately, our forum software does not currently allow the deletion of one's own account. To have your account deleted, please send a forum private message to a forum moderator / site admin. We will make sure to satisfy your request of manual account deletion from our forum's users list.

That's kind of funny, actually. JV16 Power Tools claims to work miracles cleaning up and restoring one's computer to pristine condition, but you can't even figure out how to let users delete their account?

That doesn't inspire a lot of confidence in your product, you know?

This is not a valid comparison. jv16 PowerTools is our product. We can add any features we want to it. However, this forum software is not our product. We have zero control what features it has. If you want this forum software to have a GDPR ability for user to delete their own account, you need to contact the author of this forum software. That would be https://www.phpbb.com/
