Problems with settings & registry integrity %.

I've noticed since the Fall creator's update that JV 16 2017 isn't working well with windows 10.

First the settings window is blank & the OK & Cancel buttons text is gobbledegook.

Also the registry integrity doesn't change whenever I run clean & speed up my computer, it remains on whatever the % was before, currently it states I need to run clean-up but running it states there's nothing to clean.
