foxdoismil I had a VIP license for JV16 PowerTools. Unfortunately it does not work any more and It also does not validate my license using my username/e-mail address Is there anything to do to try to recover it? Thanks

doctor9fan Do you still have the License.dat file? When I have to recover my license I just move my copy into the JV 16 folder & it activates the license.
