Cascading boxes when starting and when removing things

When I start the latest version I get multiple cascading black boxes for maybe most of a minute. Intel I7 32 GB memory.

I let it scan the registry and then choose just maybe one section to cleanup. Then the cascading boxes again too fast to read, probably deleting things from the registry.

The program is set to run as administrator.

Any thoughts?

Got my digital camera out and took a movie of the boxes, put it in VLC and stepped through til a box popped up and it was REGINI do the deletes.
