Licence Renewal 2017 problem

After automatic payment by PayPal for Licence Renewal (all done, documented),

my Licence become inactive - expired. I cannot use jv16 PoweTools any moore.

Have you some experience? Adwise?

(sorry to border you here, I have no answer from desktop tech support one month, they have maybe holidays)

Licence issue has been solved by help desk. After several weeks.

I will cancel my PayPal automatic Renewal.

It is not processed correctly by license system.

Next time other kind of payment. Maybe.

This is my conclusion.
