Very odd! This error message means that you have attempted to start the Clean And SpeedUp My Computer scan but the software core is reporting that not all parts of the software have been initialized yet. This should never happen under normal circumstances.
Would you mind creating a zip file of your jv16 PowerTools \Backups folder data, uploading it to e.g. sendspace dot com and sending the download link to me via a forum private message? This way I could analyze better what is happening under the hood of your PowerTools installation.
