If you are reporting that jv16 PowerTools 2017 does not find all the errors as CCleaner does, please send the \Backups data of jv16 PowerTools zipped as well as the saved scan result list of CCleaner and we can analyze what could cause this.
On a general level, jv16 PowerTools 2017 contains a lot more safety features compared to other products. For example, by default, jv16 PowerTools analyzes which software is currently installed and correctly functioning in your computer (i.e. not a left-over) and it does not list data from that software (other than MRU and history data), to avoid any compatibility issues. We are not aware of any other cleaning product doing the same, which can sometimes cause them to find more errors but can also cause them to break installed software.
