Thank you for reporting! It looks like you are using an older version of the software, can you please update to the latest version which is 4.1.0.1758. This is important, because the new version contains a fix to an issue very similar to this, so I suspect this issue could already be fixed in the latest version.
If the problem does still occur with the 4.1.0.1758 version, can you please send me the contents of the \Backups directory of your jv16 PowerTools installation? You can zip the folder and upload it to e.g. Sendspace.com and send the link to download the files to me via forum private message. The \Backups folder contains log data that would allow me to better see what is going on under the hood of the software and this way possibly fix the problem. Thank you again!
