Cleaning tool generates data waste

The backups folder is used for storing backups of jv16 PowerTools as well as debug data on the down-the-hood workings of the software. If you don't like this to happen, you can run jv16 PowerTools without creating any backups (not recommended for obvious reasons) and cleaning the Backups folder after you have used the product.

If we get more users who are bothered by the generation of debug data under the Backups folder, we can add an option for disabling this for a future version.

You said the software "creates a lot of unnecessary text files in the folder

C: \ Program Files (x86) \ jv16 PowerTools 2017 \ Backups" and now you say "I did not talk about "text file" from backup or debug files!".

I'm confused. What are you talking about then? If you are referring to some files under the Backups folder, can you please give names of few such files as an example?

I have reviewed the screenshots you sent. The text files you are referring to are debug data that is being generated automatically by the program.

I have now added a feature to jv16 PowerTools that will automatically clean these files from the Backups folder and limit their creation. This feature will be available in the next released build of jv16 PowerTools, scheduled to be released later in this month. Thank you for your feedback!
