doctor9fan I had the same recently under Windows 10, I installed emClient http://www.emclient.com/ & set it up with two accounts (the max you can have under the free version) & will try sending via that next time as I've set that software as default for 'mail-to'.
jv16 The generated bug report is saved to the installation directory of jv16 PowerTools with a filename of "bugreport.txt". If you can locate that file, you can send it to us by email or for example attaching it to this thread. Thank you!
