It seems like jv16 2017 ignores everything related to Microsoft's new AppX's - "Store Apps" in Windows 10, provisioned AppX's and System AppX's. For example if I delete some folders in "Windows\SystemApps" directory, then it creates many orphaned registry keys and jv16 2017 latest version never detects any of them, I mean NONE. In fact I can go around causing all kinds of chaos with AppX's files and folders and even manifests and databases for AppX's like BioMetrics, Cortana, MiraCast, Xbox, etc. and all orphaned registry keys stay for months...
I thought that maybe its because those AppX's are deeply integrated, engraved onto the OS and VERY sensitive, which means they may need higher level of permissions in registry and jv16 simply cannot remove anything related. However, I used several tools to launch jv16 2017 as TrustedInstall with ALL privileges, but nope - no detection of anything AppX-related. Even CCleaner detected some when launched as TrustedInstaller, but not jv16...
