Software Uninstall Hangs

I posted about this before - with no resolution (and I can't find it - the search doesn't work here either). I start the Software Uninstaller and it just hangs. It used to go to a failed state - but now it hangs - at least for a couple hours, not sure after that as I aborted. I attached a screen shot.

I did find my previous post (doesn't come up in a search) in my profile. I did put the files recommended as excluded in Malwarebytes, but it still hangs. I turned off Malwarebytes and it still hangs. I have Norton, but everything is off - I only use it for scans, not real-time protection. I have an Internet Firewall (hardware) that keeps me very safe (no viruses in years!).

What version of jv16 PowerTools is this?

Long story short: There was a bug that caused this in an older version of the software and it has been since fixed. With some users, the problem still seems to persist even with the latest version. If you can let me know of the exact version number, we can find out what seems to be the problem in this case.
