Got my refund!

It took a while, but a support ticket eventually got me my refund

I like jv16X and everything prior, but I don't know what has happened with this 2017 version. I'll follow the forum and seen what happens with a possible new fix or upgrade, but . . . . . .

Hey, that's great. They won't even respond to my dozen or so requests for help why I can't activate my VIP license on one pc. And their instructions in the thread on how to reset don't say if resetting means my other two pc's will become unlicensed. One would think not, nut these days who knows?
