Update 1681 With Windows 10

I was having difficulty running JV16 PowerTools 2017 with Windows 10 64 bit with all the latest Windows and current PowerTools' updates. Before the system crash It would take 20-25 minutes to run PowerTools with variable results. Anyway, I suffered a system crash with Windows; and After doing a complete reload of Windows and reinstallation of JV16 Powertools 2017, Powertools has functioned seamlessly. With all the problems I had with Win 10, It would seem that it 10 might have been more the culprit than Powertools.

Yes, I did just about everything possible to recover before doing a reload of 10. Even after doing an initial reload saving current files and programs, I discovered the same issues. During the second reload, I did a windows 10 reload only and during the setup phase deleted all the partitions. Surprisingly, everything from that point on worked correctly. Possibly there was some corruption within one of the partitions.

Now Powertools is doing its thing in five to seven minutes with expected results. Yes, I am very happy.
