installing translation

Hello,

I want to install a translation of the manual. (right click and save as ...) Windows answers: "you are not allowed to write at this place: consult your administrator in order to be authorized". Of course I am the administrator and nobody else uses my computer. Please : could you help ? Thanks. MR:-)

To manually install a translation, save the translation file (for example French.lng) under the \Languages folder of jv16 PowerTools. For example, at C:\Program files (x86)\jv16 PowerTools 2017\Languages\.

If Windows does not allow you to do that, try it again by opening the file explorer as the administrator (right click the shortcut and choose to run as administrator).
