I have downloaded and installed v. 4.1.0.1657 and it still refuses to activate. I am a Platinum VIP user and have been using jv16 since 2007. I have contacted Support and was sent an email that treated me as an imbecile, suggesting that I could not follow simple instructions. I PMed the Site Administrator with all the information, including the original support number 5820. I have NOT received a reply!!!
Who ever set up the new activation method really messed up. Please fix it. And I would appreciate hearing from someone very quickly. I am using jv16 X, but if it is no longer being supported then I am without the protection you have promised.
