Won't accept my email as real!

I am trying to use the very same email address I have used for all previous versions of JV16 Power Tools to activate v17. It keeps asking me to enter a "real" address. While I do have other email addresses this is the one I have always used with your company and would prefer to continue using. I bought a lifetime license years ago and I believe it is tied to this email address.

How do I proceed?

Since you already are registered for our newsletter, there is no need to do it again, thus please leave the Verifigator newsletter subscription fields empty and click Next to continue the installation process.

If you have already did so, please follow these steps for easy manual activation of your jv16 PowerTools 2017:

Open jv16 PowerTools 2017 and go to My Account on the left side of the window, type in your name and email address, as used at the time of purchase. jv16 PowerTools 2017 will prompt to restart now having added your license information and once it is running again it will show at the bottom of the window your name and license status as confirmation. Also, once this has been done, the My Account section will now show your complete license information.

And even if this does not work, please get back to me with a screenshot of the encountered error page and I will personally investigate further.

I had the same problem in registering an email address with Macecraft so I just changed the alias on the same email account and it was accepted. Pretty easy work-around.
