Please make sure you have added "jv16PT.exe, jv16pt_PreWorker1.exe, jv16pt_PreWorker2.exe and RegCompact.exe" from folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\jv16 PowerTools 2017\" to the white list or exclusion list of your anti-virus and anti-malware product(s) or any other product that could block this software from fully analyzing your system.
2) Startup chronometer doesn't display any result after many reboot. It says there is no snapshot.
This behavior might have been caused by the lack of exclusions. If you have already added the files to the white list or exclusion list of your anti-virus and anti-malware product(s) then I will kindly ask of you to provide me with the archived Backups folder within C:\Program Files (x86)\jv16 PowerTools 2017\Backups. Zip the folder and sent it to me via a private message.
