Hi Brent,
In order for us to determine what files are involved in this issue I would kindly ask of you to send us the Backups folder from within jv16's install location. Run the Clean and SpeedUp My Computer tool with default settings (as is). When presented with the scan results, please STOP and see the next point.
When presented with the scan results, instead of cleaning anything, simply close the program
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\jv16 PowerTools 2017 and pack the "Backups" folder found in this folder path as a ZIP or RAR archive
Upload the resulting Backups archive to https://wetransfer.com/.
Send me a private message with the resulting https://wetransfer.com/ link to download the archived Backups folder
Once we have your Backups folder, we can take a closer look if there are any false positive flags by jv16 PowerTools for any files or registry keys found in your specific environment.
