This post is for you if you had any problems activating jv16 PowerTools 2017 at any point in time since its release.
Update on licenses previously reported to us as valid but not activating:
We have identified few issues relating with the way that our licensing system worked for certain types of already existing orders and fixed the issues at server-side, meaning no need for you to update jv16 PowerTools.
If you faced previous license activation issues that still persist, simply try again and activate jv16 PowerTools 2017 now using the details of your active license.
To try again, first reset your license information and then use the My Account tool from jv16 PowerTools.

Important:
Before you try again using the My Account tool it is recommended that you reset all previously stored license information related to jv16 PowerTools from your computer. This is how:
How to Reset license information for jv16 PowerTools 2017
To reset all licensing information stored by jv16 PowerTools 2017 on your computer, access the Maintenance Tool from under Configuration > Maintenance.

In the Maintenance Tool, scroll until you reach the feature called "Reset license information".

Once there, click on the associated button and confirm that jv16 PowerTools closes and opens itself again once the task is done.
Retry jv16 PowerTools 2017 activation
You should have now reset your license information. Next, go to My Account.

Enter your details and once done click on the newly appeared "Activate My License" button.
