Help->Handbook

Find that Help->Handbook does not find the handbook. Have downloaded handbook'pdf and placed it in the Help folder. Still does not open. Searching the forum references to this problem date back to 2007.

Has this problem been resolved? If so please advise how.

It works for me on windows 10 pro x64, jv16 X.

Win 10 Pro 64. Clean install. Since previous post machine has been reboot several times without the handbook showing up.

Today HB working correctly & also responding to F1.
